Winter Park Honey started with a simple gift. A family member came for a holiday visit and brought us a beehive. The hive sat in our yard for many years until finally our curiosity overcame our fear. Never having been big honey fans, we weren't really enticed until we tasted the honey our yard bees were making. The honey didn't taste anything like the stuff my mother used to cook with. It was simply delicious. Our family has been hooked on honey ever since. We're a family of engineers and physicists. We've used our backgrounds to produce the best honey possible. All of our honey is raw, unheated, unprocessed, unfiltered and comes straight from the comb to the bottle.
