Winter Park Honey is all about quality.
Each bottle of our honey has a unique flavor
dependent on the nectar from local flowers. Our honey is harvested frequently to capture the delicate
flavors of the seasonal nectars.   Each bottle is like a fine wine.
Our honey is never heated or strained, preserving
the honey's natural, healing qualities. We never dilute our honey with cheaper grades to increase volume.
Winter Park Honey comes to you straight from the comb to the bottle. If you live in or around Winter
Park, Florida or Winter Park, Colorado, the nectar could be from your backyard!  Our hives are scattered throughout
both areas.
In addition to our seasonal honey, we also sell Tupelo, Sourwood, Buckwheat, Palmetto, Orange Blossom, Blackberry, Blueberry, Avocado, Key Lime, Gallberry and many others.

Seasonal Honey For Allergies
For allergies, take 2 teaspoons of our honey daily. Bits of pollen, wax, and propolis are in every bite! If you like to take honey with your tea, be sure to let your tea cool slightly before adding the honey, and remember, never microwave or boil the honey.

Our Avocado Honey was harvested in South FLorida. It has a rich, buttery flavor.
