Winter Park Honey’s Raw Gallberry Honey was once one of the largest honey crops in Florida. Florida’s landscape was filled with the beautiful, low bush Gallberry. Because of overdevelopment this plant is slowly disappearing and the bees are having a difficult time creating this historical Florida favorite. Try this honey while there’s still some left. We use the Gallberry and Florida Holly labels for this product. The honeys are one and the same. Also known as low bush gallberry (sometimes spelled galberry).
We never blend our honeys to increase supply. Made in U.S.A. Bottled by hand. This product meets all qualifications for Kosher. This product meets all qualifications for Kosher.
