Gallberry Honey (Florida Holly)

Our pure, natural, raw Gallberry Honey is a light delicate honey made by the bees from the nectar of the low bush gallberry that blooms mostly in the northern part of Florida. This gallberry blooms just after the orange blossoms. This honey naturally is low in sucrose and is used by many athletes as a recovery food.  We are in the process of switching labels.  The label may say Galberry or Florida Holly. The honey is the same.
