From Solid to Liquid
All honey will eventually granulate. Tupelo honey is one honey that tends to stay in liquid form for a very long time. I’ve actually never seen a bottle of our tupelo honey get solid. Even though it may get solid eventually, its expiration date isn’t for at least a million years! We could heat the honey, which will force it to stay in liquid form longer. However, this would reduce its medicinal benefits and its expiration date. We prefer to sell it raw and unfiltered. So, if it granulates, just dig the honey out with a knife, dip it into a warm beverage/food, stir and enjoy the wonderful healing results.

I was given the lavender honey as a gift and I fell in love! I’ve tried other lavender honey and it doesn’t hold a candle to the intense but mild lavender flavor in the Winter Park Honey. I brush it on grilled salmon and drizzle it over desserts, as well as a sweetener for my hot tea. I was so satisfied with the lavender that I checked out Winter Park Honey and have tried some of the other flavors and they’re all wonderful. For something different and flavorful, try the lavender.
