Mangrove Honey (12oz glass)

Mangrove honey is a rare old Florida favorite. We have a very limited supply.  This honey is bottled in glass.  It is starting to granulate.  No returns please.  Follow instructions below to liquefy.

Patented Process

We harvest wildflower honey throughout the year. In addition, we collect pollen (both by hand and from the bees). Using our newly patented process, we infuse all of these pollens in a mixture of wildflower honey. As a result, we create this uniquely pollen-packed honey. Every bottle contains honey with a variety of infused seasonal pollen. This makes it THE ONLY honey you’ll ever need to take it through the allergy season. The taste and color of the honey will vary from the photo shown. Bottled by hand.

From Solid to Liquid

This honey will eventually granulate. Even though it may get solid, its expiration date isn’t for at least a million years! We could heat the honey, which will force it to stay in liquid form longer. However, this would reduce its medicinal benefits and its expiration date. We prefer to sell it raw and unfiltered. So, if it granulates, just dig the honey out with a knife, dip it into a warm beverage/food, stir and enjoy the wonderful healing results.

Local Bee Honey is the best-selling brand of Winter Park Honey, which got its name from our first farmer’s market. In 2006, we sold honey at this market for fun. The honey turned out to be a huge hit and sales quickly grew nationwide, then worldwide.
