*Honey tends to granulate, some more quickly than others.  We could heat the honey to force it to stay in liquid form longer, but we prefer to sell it raw and unfiltered.  So, if it granulates, just dig the honey out with a knife, dip it into a warm beverage/food, stir and enjoy. You can also place the entire bottle in a sunny location and warm it up.  If this doesn’t work, you can place the bottle in the top of a double boiler with added water, and heat the honey until it liquifies. We don’t recommend placing it in the microwave.*
